01What are cookies?
Cookies are files downloaded to the user’s computer, smartphone or tablet when accessing certain web pages, and they allow browsing preferences to be stored. The information collected is anonymous and does not include sensitive data that personally identifies the user. The browser can be configured to block them without preventing access to the contents.
02What does ZAINDARI use cookies for?
We use cookies to optimise browsing (session tracking) and to collect information that helps us improve the website:
- Analytics cookies: they analyse usage behaviour in order to implement improvements. We use Google Analytics (time on page, sections visited, access channels).
- Social cookies: the site includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X plug-ins, which install their own cookies, not managed directly by ZAINDARI.
03How to disable cookies?
Non-mandatory cookies can be disabled from the settings panel in the footer. In addition, all browsers allow privacy to be adjusted:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Content settings.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Block cookies.
- Internet Explorer: Tools → Internet Options → Privacy.
04Cookies on mobile devices
ZAINDARI also uses cookies on mobile devices. Non-mandatory ones can be disabled from the settings panel, and mobile browsers (iOS, Chrome Mobile, Opera Mobile, etc.) allow privacy to be adjusted.
05Acceptance of cookies
The site does not install cookies on users’ devices until they have accepted their installation. Rejecting them may limit some of the services available.
06Profiling and retention
ZAINDARI does not profile users. Session cookies are kept only during browsing; persistent cookies remain beyond the session, as stated in the policies of the corresponding third parties.
